Fuel Theory Boot Camp FAQs

Q: Are boot camps right for me?

A: Can you commit to thirty minutes at least three times a week?  That's all it takes, but miss a couple of sessions and your success suffers.  Can you handle an intense workout?  We do high intensity strength training only, with no exceptions. Our members range in age from 20 to 80 and in fitness from obese individuals to competitive athletes. Almost anyone can do Fuel Theory Boot Camps, but not everyone can handle it.

Q: Do you use weights?
A: No, you will use your body weight only.

Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: Yoga / exercise mat, towel, water bottle and a positive attitude.

Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: Results are up to you, we give you all the tools you will need, but it will be up to you to put in the work.

Q: What does membership include?
A: UNLIMITED Fuel Theory Boot Camp sessions per month that can be utilized at any of the Fuel Theory Boot Camp locations, Access to Fuel Theory online, Food Log and assistance using a software program designed for Fuel Theory, and access via email to our trainers for tips and advice.
